EDUCATION

AS or BS in Culinary Arts or Food Science

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful history of launching industrial manufactured food products in business segments such as food service operations, QSR, and Retail industries
  • In-depth product knowledge can formulate with industrial ingredients, methods and manufacturing practices - preferences aseptic or thermally processed food products
  • Extensive experience in customer presentations i.e. ability to design presentation to fit customer business, able to communicate culinary and technical aspects of food
  • Experienced in commercialization and ability to execute responsibilities on project timelines
  • Experience in industry systems and software i.e. Genesis, SAP, Costing Modules, Project Management, and Microsoft office
  • Continually seeking, searching, and developing products with current and future food trend
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence, teach and help customers understand how to grow their business
  • Is a food Savant with a passion for food and business growth in US and Export
